As our studies in Groningen will take at least four years, we are looking for long-term housing. This spring, we will both graduate from the Helsinki Conservatory of Music with degrees in classical music performance. During our studies there, we have been working part-time in a traditional high-class café in central Helsinki. After graduation, we will earn 2500 € per month and can travel to Groningen at almost any moment to see the apartment(s). As tenants, we are responsible and reliable – we have been lucky enough to grow up in modern, neat childhood homes and we truly appreciate aesthetics and a clean environment. We don't have pets, neither of us smokes or uses any kind of intoxicants and we never throw parties.
